CorroZone Refund Policy

1. Introduction
At CorroZone, we want you to feel confident when you purchase credits or subscribe to our platform. We believe in straightforward, fair refund practices, and we have designed this policy to protect your rights as a consumer.
All refunds are monetary — we return funds to the original payment method you used at checkout. Refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment provider. We do not issue refunds as account credit or vouchers.

2. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase and receive a full refund. Here is how this works for our products:
Credit Packs
If you purchase a credit pack and have not used any credits within the 14-day cooling-off period, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price.
Subscriptions
If you subscribe to a CorroZone plan, you may cancel within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund of that payment.
Important: Immediate Access and Digital Content
When you purchase credits or a subscription, you consent to receiving immediate access to your credits so you can start using our AI tools right away. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have requested the immediate supply of digital content.
This means:
- If you use some credits within the 14-day period, your right to a full refund is reduced proportionally. You will receive a refund for the unused portion only.
- If you use all of your credits within the 14-day period, no refund is available because the digital content has been fully consumed.
3. Credit Pack Refunds
Credit packs are one-time purchases that add a set number of credits to your account. Refunds for credit packs are calculated as follows:
Unused Pack (No Credits Consumed)
If you have not used any credits from the pack, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
Partially Used Pack
If you have used some credits from the pack, you will receive a prorated refund based on the number of unused credits remaining.
The formula:
Example:
- You purchase a 250-credit pack for £10.00
- You use 50 credits
- Unused credits: 200
- Your refund: (200 / 250) × £10.00 = £8.00
The calculation is simple and transparent — you only pay for what you actually used.
4. Subscription Refunds
Subscriptions give you access to CorroZone features on a recurring monthly basis. If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, here is what happens:
Prorated Refund for the Current Billing Period
You will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period.
The formula:
Example:
- You are on the £35/month plan
- Your billing cycle is 30 days
- You cancel on day 10
- Remaining days: 20
- Your refund: (20 / 30) × £35.00 = £23.33
What Happens to Your Credits?
Credits that you purchased separately (from credit packs) are not affected by subscription cancellation. Those credits remain in your account and you can continue to use them. Only the subscription fee itself is refunded on a prorated basis.
5. How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is straightforward. Here is the process:
- Send us an email at [email protected]
- Include the following information:
- The email address associated with your CorroZone account
- What you would like refunded (credit pack, subscription, or both)
- The reason for your refund request (this helps us improve)
- We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours.
- Refunds are processed within 48 hours of approval.
- The refund will appear on your bank or card statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you have any questions about the status of your refund, you can reply to the acknowledgement email and we will provide an update.
6. What We Cannot Refund
To keep things transparent, here is what falls outside our refund policy:
- Credits that have already been used. Once credits are consumed by an AI tool operation, those credits cannot be refunded. The digital service has been delivered.
- Free credits. The initial credit grant that every new account receives is provided at no cost and is not eligible for a refund.
- Consumed portions after a partial refund. Once we have calculated and issued a refund for your unused credits, the remaining consumed credits are non-refundable.
7. Stripe Processing Fees
We use Stripe to process all payments and refunds. When a refund is issued, Stripe charges us a processing fee.
CorroZone absorbs all Stripe processing fees on refunds. You will always receive back the full amount you are owed. No fees are ever deducted from your refund.
8. Disputes
If something does not look right on your statement, or if you are unhappy with a charge, please contact us first at [email protected] before disputing the charge with your bank or card provider.
We are committed to resolving any billing issues fairly and promptly. In most cases, we can sort things out faster than a formal bank dispute process, and reaching out to us directly helps avoid unnecessary complications for both sides.
We aim to respond to all billing queries within 24 hours.
